To ensure that your outbound shipment is handled according to your instructions, please be advised of the following:

DUE TO THE SMALL MOVE OUT WINDOW, FREIGHT WILL BE FORCED BACK TO THE ADVANCE WAREHOUSE AND BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP STARTING ON TUESDAY, JANUARY 13, 2026 AT 8:30 AM-4PM.

PREPARE AND ATTACH OUTBOUND SHIPPING LABELS

Without labels created on your account, we charge an additional 30 percent of any shipping fees. Attach the labels to your packages. You can send your labels to orders@vealco.com and we can print them for you.

CONTACT YOUR CARRIER TO SCHEDULE PICK UP OF YOUR SHIPMENT.

You must call your carrier and schedule pick-up of your shipment. Please use the following address:

If your materials are in a rush and need to be picked up sooner, you are REQUIRED to arrange special handling by contacting us below.

Please provide as much of the following information as is available to you. We'll use it to begin creating the necessary documents and otherwise getting your packages where they need to be.

How many total pieces are your sending out? Packages shrinkwrapped and strapped to a pallet count as one piece.

Are your packages boxes, cases, pallets, crates, or something else?

What is your best judgement as to the total weight of your shipment?

Where is it going? Please provide complete address.

How do you want to get it there? Fedex, UPS, or another carrier? Let us know if you are using your account to create shipping labels or arrange the pick up. We can use our accounts and charge your credit card on file.

Who is the contact person and what is their direct phone number and email address?

Who is paying for the transportation charges? Please make sure you have a credit card on file with our office or online store.

PACK AND LABEL YOUR MATERIALS.

Banding, shrink wrap, shipping labels, and Bills of Lading are available at the VCS Show Office. Because Fedex and UPS do not allow or require Bills of Lading, VCS cannot be responsible for piece count, condition, destination or billing. Turn in all completed bill of ladings to the VCS Service Desk once your shipments are ready to be loaded out.
